I recognize the Prinzregent Luitpoldmedaille in Bronze, Militär-Verdienstkreuz (possibly) 3. Klasse mit Krone und Schwertern, EKII and possibly the Orden der Württembergischen Krone and Bulgarien - Militärverdienstorden 4. Klasse...

I´d say his medal bar begins with Bavarian MVO4XK (hard to say, if it is gilded 3rd class or silver 4th class, but if he was a major, 4th class is more feasible), then EK2 1914, then Wurttemberg Crown Order, Prinzregent Luitpold medaille, Bavarian Long service award and Austrian Military Merit Cross with War decoration.
