Crest on Badge

Can anyone let me know the Monogram or Cypher on this badge please?
I assume it is some sort of Regimental Badge

It's Wilhelm II's cypher with the Kaiser's crown and riband above. With the date on the bottom, I would guess it is a reunion or a "Treffen" badge. The common denominator for the units depicted appears to be that they are all Hessian in origin.
