Ribbon ID

Hi
Please excuse me if this is a stupid question.
I use this site to help with ribbon id.

How can I tell if the first ribbon here is the General Decoration silver Medal or for The Order of the Red Eagle.
The other two medals I believe are the Franco Prussian War Medal and the Kaiser Wilhelm Medal

1. Looks like a red eagle to me.
2. Can also be for a hindenburg cross.
3. Yes, Kaiser Wilhelm centennial medal
