Imperial or reichsheer medical officer. Imperial on M-1915 bluse.

          Roman,

You should notice that your collar tabs have piping on only three sides that indicates they belong to a Beamte (Official) rather than a Reichsheer Offiziere. Uniformed Beamte held rank in officer ranges but could be medical officials (like this tab), paymasters, Heers Verwaltungs Offiziere, etc. This style of collar tab, with piping along only three edges, continued to be worn by NS Zeit Beamte as well. I hope this helps.

I don't have much in references for "post 1918" uniforms but IMO these tabs are, at a minimum, worn on bluses of imperial medical officers. Here are a couple of pics from a contemporary reference, "Feldgrau in Krieg und Frieden" dated 1916.
