I would bet my hat 2 and 3 are Navy Senior Petit officers who got promoted. 3 after the war and 2 before ( I reckon a Cpt zSdR ...some sort of ordinance chap or other technical specialist .

1 may be research able by the last 2 awards. it would not surprise me at all if 1 was a Bishop.

Yeah, I saw over at GMIC and then rechecked by Ricks Zahlmeister list. I was and am astonished that an artillery paymaster would receive that Danish medal. Just goes to show you that for every " rule " there's an exception.
