Based in part on the information provided by Glenn, I now have the following data regarding Freiherr Leuckart von Weissdorff:<u1 =""></u1><u1 =""></u1><o =""></o>
The Saxon 1914 Rangliste confirms that at the time of issue, Leuckart von Weissdorff still held these positions, but now had also been appointed as General a la Suite to the King of Saxony (the bluw tunic shown in one of my earlier threads relates to this appointment, as do the M 1910 and M 1915 tunics shonw in one of Marks pics of the Grouping).
Finally, the 1914-1918 Ehrenrangliste confirms all of these appointments/positions, and adds to those "Milit. Gouv. der Provinz L******252;ttich", which I believe translates as "military governor of the province of Luik/Liege" in Belgium and "zum Gen. Adj. Seiner Majest******228;ts des K******246;nigs ern." ("appointed Generaladjutant of His Majesty the King of Saxony")
Additionally, based on a ribbonbar associated withthe grouping and on the award of the Officer******180;s cross of the Siamese Order of hte White Elephant, it seems likely that Freiherr Leuckart von Weissdorff served in China.
Pics or further information are of course most welcome.
Regards,
Sandro
