I've recently aquired this. I believe it to be a nice 2'nd Knight m/1866? Has the rolls survived? Most likely a swedish recepient.

I am not an expert on these medals, but it looks very nice. The hole looks like there never where swords . What is the mark on the ring?

Hi Michael,

Don't you mean that there never were any flames.
I'm at work for a couple of more days. I'll update with better pictures of the markings on the ring, at the beginning of next week.
