Pre WWII S&L PLM

Does anybody agree the PLM offered here

is a pre WWII piece, or even a genuine (post WWII) S&L PLM. It looks like a copy of an S&L PLM IMO.

It's a late post WWII piece by S&L, or possibly a copy of one. The scans are very low-res.

It may be mis-described, but the price isn't high enough for a WWI or interwar piece anyway.

I have never seen or heard of a Pre 45 PlM by S&L. I thought they started making them in the 50's along with the 57er versions of Third Reich era awards. Either way, the cross in question is most definitely a late S&L.
