I picked these up some time ago, and have had a hard time determining what they actually are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Possibly a Reichswehr Reiter Regiment.

The only imperial possibility that I can think of is Stabsordonnanzen des Gardekorps. They used a single yellow Litze with green center stripe and green backing. These Kragenpatten would have been used on an overcoat or Litewka.

There may be some Reichswehr use of this same configuration, but I can't speak to that era.
