eagle design details (orb & scepter) & as
well having an auto fender type (aft) look.

IKF pennant appears glossy, is it covered with
plastic, or maybe printed on plastic? What is
the size? A close up of the eagle and header
ends would help further on affixing the period.

The cotton pennant is involved in plastic. The size of the eagle is about 6 cm.

Hello Flasseri:
IMO, a later 1920's, or early 1930's Imp. German veterans
auto fender type (aft) pennant - either navy or stahlhelm.
ID based on poor eagle design details - a ball rather than
eagle tip on scepter, club claw on orb, squished FR cypher.
IMO not homemade, but inexpensive vet purchase product.
