Looks to be a veteran group lapel badge
"for the cavalry of Spandau"....as for value not sure

it's the usual regimental commemorative veteran's issues, nothing uncommon after the war.
Most of these issues are not official, thus in no kind of reference book.

Their value is small, but when it comes to prices, as you can imagine, always is the factor that there might be a collector searching for this exact unit,so it will mean for him to purchase this award.

Name of the purveyor (maker? supplier only?) is at the reverse of the award.
