Thanks guys!!....bare with me while I stumble around in document land........

As this Banker spent his early life in the 7.Infanterie-Regiment, I presume the awarding of the Combattant EK2 means he fought for this regiment (as opposed to merely keeping their books)...... or was his pen TRULY mightier than his sword! .

As I have some other awards and documents for him, where do I begin researching this guy and/or the actions of the '7.Infanterie-Regiment'.......?? (specific books, sites, personal knowledge?????)
