Wonder if some one here can give me an opinion of this 1870 IC 2nd class. There are things about it that make me wonder but not enough to convince me one way or the other. The frame is not completely soldered and as you can see the sides are not perfectly parallel. The core looks rough but not rough enough. Sorry about the scan darkness.
