1870 EKII Maker Help Please

Greetings gents,
I'm hoping someone may be able to identify the maker of my EKII.
This is the example shown in The Iron Time (1st edition) page 149.
When I bought it from Stephen a few years ago, I seem to recall him telling me that it might be a Wagner.

I m gonne be out on a limb and say that the frame is an alphabet frame.
