Looks like '980' and 'HS' (or maybe 'AS'?)...also, there appears to be an '800' on the ring.

"980" is good, I'd rather not touch one without swords with "950" mark. This is silver purity, and they changed that at some point.

The two letters is the maker mark: must be "GH" for Gebrüder (brothers) Hemmerle from Munich. Had one like this recently, rare class of a great order - and quite scarce without swords.
