What ribbons do I have here?

I got this little ribbon bar and left and right ribbons are mistery to me. The left one colors look like Mecklenburg, but I can't find it in any sources. The right one has several matches, like Hessen Kriegsfursorge medal, or Hessen long service, but also some others, like Thuringian fire service medal from 1922.

    Any help appreciated!

What about Turkischer Halbmond? (I mean ribbon on the right).

Here is halbmond ribbon on my buttonhole mini.

Yes, that's one possibility too. Thanks Miro for express reply!

        Hi Valter

I think your ribbon bar is up-side down. If you look at it this way it could be:

        -Hesse Medal for War Welfare
        -Honour Cross with swords
-Romanian Jubilee Medal (though the ribbon is not an exact match)

        Kind regards
        Pierce

Thanks Pierce! Yes, it can be turned upside down. Last (first?) ribbon can be Romanian, although not exact match (the german bar maker probably didn't have the right ribbon?) - was this medal awarded to Germans too?

Yes it was, but I'm not convinced this is meant to be that one.

To be honest, I've never seen a ribbon like that before... some organization's award, maybe fire fighters?

            No idea!

Bar is surely upside down. Swords on FEK must be pointing up, not down.

It really looks very similar to Romanian jubilee, but nearly impossible to imagine the Romanian, receiving Romanian Jubilee medal, but figthing on German side (i. e. against Romanians) in ww1, thus receiving FEK.

I have quite similar example on buttonback, but more feasible - Romanian receiving two Romanian awards in (pre)ww1 time, then receiving the Volkspflege in TR era.

Thanks Miro! I was thinking if my ribbon wearer also got this medal before WW1 (king Carol I was from German family Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen) and wore that bar after WW1, when Romania was not enemy anymore. IF the ribbon is really romanian and not something else.

Yes, Valter, there can be some possibility. Romanian Jubilee is from 1906 and he wore that ribbon bar well after ww1, because FEK is from 1934.

Of course, IF the ribbon is Romanian.

                    Best, Miro
