The one on the left is green, and the one on the right is black, correct?

What would be really keen is if this was a bar that had a ribbon for the Awaloff cross second class w/swords for Russians fighting in the Germanic-Russian Army of the West.................

But that is one looooong stretch!

Too bad the crossed swords don't have a crown, because then I would be inclined to guess Randow second class.

green is also the color from saxon - so perhaps a ribbon from a veterans association?

would fit! maybe the guy didnt apply for the honar cross after ww1 or mybe its his bar before he got the honar cross though with swords on the green ribbion id of thought he would have had a set on the saxon order!!! if only we had the docs!!!

Looks like WW2 ostvolker ribbon bar:
                        1) ostvolker medal in silver without swords
                        2) ostvolker medal in bronze with swords
Such pin used on german awards shortly before WW2.
