Or ,You can find a cheap lighted base to put it on that slowly turns and changes color(cheap, and usually battery operated) . Its also great as it is, and I appreciate your workmanship , shop class does come in handy later in life.
    Thank you.
My intention was not to experiment but to make it as close to an original as I could.
Also, I usually don't go for "cheap". The domes that I use for this and other projects are of high quality with very little distortion and are ordered from Germany.

              Hi Ralph,

I can only agree, great work!

I hope that you add your name and date to the base and don't reply to any e-mails from "the hero"!

              Regards
              Mike

Evaluate the item, not the story and not the seller's reputation!

If you PM/contact me without the courtesy of using your first name, please don't be offended if I politely ignore you!

Well done handiwork! Agree with Mike, mark it with date and 'artists name' so it doesn't end up as "original" in the future.

Don't worry, it is not my intention to make these for anyone to sell as original.

I hear you Ralph, problem is that we sadly don't live forever and when we're gone our "greedy relatives" sell the collection to first best. If it's marked then no "Hero" or other asshole can cash in on it later.

I'm from Canada but unfortunately, I'm not that talented.

                              Fantastic work Ralph.
