Nahkampfmittel-kurs ?? stormtroopers medal? help w/translation
on this id got it a few days ago, not to sure that that medal is listed anywhere or am i missing it,

not listed in the orders section that is blank on page 3 so it can only be mentioned in the 3 pages of action listed on pages 8-13

so any help would be great, thxs joe

The last page shown says "special military training" and notes the Gewehr 98 and that he participated in a course for using close combat weapons ("Mittel") 15.-20. 3. 1918.

so that means he may have had training as a trench raider sometime in 1918.
i guess they were really scraping bottom to train this landstrum man..
