    Engraved EKI

Greetings Gents, I am always suspicious of these engraved crosses, so I thought I would see what yall thought of this one. I don't like the obverse of this cross right off the bat, the beading does not look right and I don't think the detail is there for this to be an original piece.

Interested in candid/private Hitler, KIA, and Holocaust photos. Also any AH related memorabilia--silverware, linen, crystal, china...

Do the lines and symbols mean you guys were bidding? It's the nicest engraving I've ever seen on an EK1, did someone here win it?

I watched this cross with interest but didn't bid in the end. The engraving looks good but the pictures are poor. Be interesting to know if one of us won it and what the engraving gives. For my money I think it's genuine.

I bid as high as I thought reasonable. I think it's done just right. I figured with the pin/hook damage it would be more reasonable.

Exactly Brian. I watched it go past what I was prepared to pay for it.

I didn't bid on it 'cause I thought Greg was gonna go for it.

I was going to go for it but the price quickly went over what I was prepared to spend.
