Deumer.
IMO, one of the nicer variations from this maker.

What size is it? It almost looks like a Prinzen cross.

I agree, a Deumer. Never seen one with this pin setup. Part of me suspects it must be a replacement, it's so unusual for the maker. Even though Deumer did use multiple pin types, this is not one I'm familiar with for them. Can anyone show another of this type?
