Veteran Photo Id needed..

Was wondering if anyone know what group this it? Looks like a veteran unit but I don't recognize the rectangle ribbons they are wearing. Also on looks to be wearing a nsdap party badge..I see a crest on the flag (saxon??) but once again drawing a blank--notice what looks like a EK hanging from a ribbon. Thanks for your help--Mike

Thanks Gerdan, any idea what the rectangle ribbons are. Would have thought they might have worn there Kriegerbund badges. I was just a tad off the crest id! LOL Mike

I believe they are Vivat ribbons, these patriotic ribbons were commonly used to commemorate the battles in which that particular regiment participated. Follow this link to see some examples.
