Don't know what it is exactely, but give I don't know it and it seems to be modern, it is most likely a bogus, socalled society order (Schwindel- bzw. "Gesellschaftsorden").

Stuff wealthy people pay for to get and wear them...

Hello,

this group is a Grand Officer's set of the "Order of St. George In Carynthia"; one of the many private or even spurious orders of chivalry, flourishing in these modern times.

The set looks like being of fine quality (possibly made by Johnson, Milan; or Pozzi, Rome; or Cravanzola-Gardino, also in Rome).

Under the phaleristic point of view it's just a curiosity, but such orders have a relatively wide collecting public anyways.
