    57 years to go

    Hi Friend,

I just moved my way up (back) to 1870, but I'm afraid ...... still 57 expensive

    years to go !!

Please allow me to be so proud of even just half the way !!

    EK I - 1870 / 1914 / 1939

Whoever feels like "spring cleaning" I do need the "1813" one !!

    Thanks for your interest !

    Sincerely yours

    Wolf

that ek 1 1870 ? ,,,from that blurry distance there is no saying what it is .

are you sure its a good one ?

I agree with römischIX ,,,the cases are 3 1914 ones ,,

          Congratulations Wolf.

Your first 1870 EK1 is a major accomplishment! Far rarer than a 1939 RK. I know that cross very well, and it is one of the finest examples of the Wagner I have ever seen. Beautiful craftsmanship, very high crown and date details, crisp silver struck frame, crisp date. Just a magnificent piece.

I will allow you to post your own photos of this lovely example, but for those who can't wait to examine it in detail, it is this piece, now in Wolf's superb collection.

My best wishes for an 1813
          Best regards,
          Streptile

            To answer your question:

Yes, Wagner made 1914 EK1 and EK2, and some do exist in very minty condition.

Strangely, they are not currently known as producers of the 1939 EK1 or EK2.
            Best regards,
            Streptile

                Hi Kay,

In idiomatic English, it's a very polite way of saying, "I want Wolf to have the pleasure of posting his own photos, therefore I am not going to post my old ones in this thread."

                Best regards,

I doubt you could have found an 1870 ek1 in better condition! Great photograph and even better cross.

                              Congrats
