FR with Early Spange

I just got the early spange from Albert, and after putting it up for display it just needed companionship. Got myself this FR Imperial EK, however, the seller was not able to take good pictures because, his camera close up was "damaged."
I received it today, and I am a bit concerned. Even though I have seen variations of the FR with a flat W and date, most are rounded. I would feel better with the latter kind. That said, I would like to bring this one up for your opinions since I am more focused on TR rather than Imperial.

I agree that the pictures are not ever good however you
have nothing to worry about with that cross.

That is a great looking combination. I have a couple Ek2/spange
combos of my own but none with an early type spange.
