EK1 bad?

My apologies for the quality of these two photos, sent to me by mobil phone.

Can I have your thoughts on this EK1?

It looks like a WW11 period made EK1, and is stamped on the pin either 116, or possibly L16.

Very hard to judge from these photos. If you have to buy based on them I would say skip it. This specific type is expertly faked.
