        Hi ,

I bought these 3 boards from Andy off e-stand to add to my Imperial collection

Can anybody tell me who used the red boards ?, Stretcher bearer or Artillery?

i,m pretty sure the grey board is infantry, correct me if i,m wrong as i dont know much about these & need some help.

        Thanks Mac 66.

            Thanks Jens

Very interesting unit: The division served in World War I on the Western Front. It saw action in the Battle of the Frontiers and in the Race for the Sea. It fought in the two major battles of 1916, the Battle of Verdun and the Battle of the Somme. In 1917, it fought in the Second Battle of the Aisne and the tank battle of Cambrai. In 1918, it fought in the Battle of Champagne-Marne and the Second Battle of Cambrai. Until the last campaigns of the war, the division was regarded as a first class division.

            Regards Mac 66.

The red ones are just the pattern for the Dunkelblau tunic. The I.R.99 was in the XV Army Corps, whose infantry regiments took red straps. The gray one is a simplified pattern, most likely, for the wartime overcoat.
