No, I can't assign makers to them. I've never seen a wartime awarded and maker marked example, only postwar Meybauer marked examples.
Re the small letter version, it has the same obverse design as Jon's zweihaken. I have the same design with the 20s/30s/schinkel39 folded over hinge (?Deschler) which is similar (not the same) as Jon's Prussian EK1 above.
Jon, WOW! A Meck-Schwerin KVK1 mit zweihaken!!! Beautiful! With a variant hinge/pin/catch I've not seen on this obverse deisng before. You've made my day.
