1914 EKII 'FW' marked

Hello to all,
I found this 1914 EKII at the JAG Show this past weekend. I really like the look of this one, and it was a real bargain. The suspension ring is marked 'FW'.
Could someone please tell me the maker of this cross? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Here is the suspension ring markings. It is hard to make it out, but it is definitely 'FW'.
