EK2 non-combatant lapel button

I just picked this one up recently. But I'm not all that familiar with lapel buttons so any opinions and comments on this one would be appreciated. For one thing is the bow tie configuration a common way to display the ribbon on these? Thanks for any feedback.

Since no one else wants to take a stab here goes
The button hole ribbons that I have got/had have mostly been with a single strand of ribbon in centre yet have found some to have the double cross over stand that yours shows
