Very, very fake - a very crude type that's been around for a while. Any Imperial EK1 (or TR for that matter) with this DESCHLER marking is 100% bad.
Someone has tarted up the 2 you posted with hand-punched names/dates - also in a very obvious and totally bogus fashion.

As said this is a fake.
It is often called the 'porthole' fake becuase of the crown.
The "DeschlerSohn" mark is also total fantasy (as Streptile said in another thread on these 'why somebody chose to but a Bavarian maker on a Prussian award is a head-scratcher')
