Help on Photo ID

Can someone help me interpret who these two are? I am especially interested in the unit and helmet plate of the older guy. I don't know much of medals but his helmet looks like one of the Saxon Duchies. Thanks for any help in advance.

That could be Oberst Graf von Bernstorff formerly of Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 153 and thus the Saxon Duchies connection. A recalled officer, he was the later commander of Landwehr-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 3. Adjutant - Leutnant Hildebrandt.
