All, sorry for the huge pic. Can someone identify the Waffenfarbe and origin of this shoulder board and collar tab? i am assuming General Staff, but Imperial just ain't my area.

Hello Don,

The red and black threads in the cords indicate a Württemberg officer. The carmine underlay of the shoulder boards, their lack of any number, would support your thoughts, that this is a General Staff piece.

The pattern of the collar Litzen is also correct for General Staff.
