EK2 ribbon bar question

Was this ribbon bar issued with the swords, or were they a post war collector addition?

If that is an Iron Cross ribbon then there should be no swords on it. It may be representing the Hohenzollern House Order or the Prussian Crown Order or the swords just could have been added.

Or it can be some Weimar-period "anything goes" construction. Or later addition. Swords certainly look old, but we probably can't say if they were added 90, 50 or 20 years ago.
