1813 - 1870/71 period case ??

Hi Guys,

I got a hold of this case some time ago.

It had been offered as a period case (1813 - 1870/71)

I wonder if this is true and if so could I use it as a home for my EK II / 1813 ?

Only problem : My EK is a wide frame ...

Material : velvet and silk

Case : seems to be carton / brown color

I remember that case ,, I sold it some time ago privately . ?

If I remember correctly it was with a ek1 1870 godet .

no wrong ,, a 1914 was in it .

i seen pictures with the iron Cross still in good condition ,

a 1914 Cross .

EK II case

Sir,

I bought the case from a dealer (that's my feeling) on ebay...

I got my magnifying glass out and surely I discovered the ...1914

on the outer lid....

The sale and my assumptions seem to be all wrong !!
