WWI Iron Cross First Class for review

Good evening gentlemen.
Just picked up this WWI EKI. As always, I like to run these past you guys to be sure it's real. The cross is marked 800 on the hinge pin. The core is magnetic. It seems correct but I am not an expert on these. Your opinions are greatly appreciated!
