1914 Medal bar with unk medal

I find this medal bar interesting and would appreciate opinions. I am not sure what country the last medal is from. I did consider purchasing but the dealer was over the top, $1800, in my opinion. Thanks. Mike

The last one is the Chilean Order of Merit. Interesting bar, but rather pricey at 1800

However, the RAO's Royal Crown looks odd. Damaged, repainted, or should it be just the picture?

I saw this bar at a show earlier this year. Interesting but expensive considering the condition. The crown is damaged and repainted Sascha. I think the enamel cracked out and it was filled with putty, and painted. That was my guess anyway.
