Named Pilots badge - Research help?

I was wondering if someone could advise or recomend a process to track German WW1 pilots by Surname?

May or not be possible, any way here is my named badge to 'Hansen'

The whole inscription I read:

" Flugzf. (Flugzeugführer) Hansen - Hennstedt / Dithm.(arschen) - Heide / Holst.(ein) "

The family name is "Hansen". His hometown is Hennstedt. "Dithmarschen" is the Kreis (County)

and "Heide" is the bigger town in the area.
