I have a wehrpass from 1870 and it has one award entry. Can someone please tell me what award this is?

The first part is easy: Kriegs-Denkmünze, the St probably means Stahl, the u probably 'und' ('and', if so, signifying another award), 'C.B.' what that one is you Imperials may know, I haven't got a clue, and '70/71' will of course make it all pertain to the Franco-German war.
