Oldenburg Friedrich August Cross 1st Class, Opinions Please

Hello,

I recently acquired this Oldenburg Friedrich August Cross 1st Class. I've read that roughly 7,000 of these were awarded, and they were Oldenburg's equal of the Iron Cross 1st Class.

The cross, pin, and catch are all iron & attract a magnet.

I believe this is the wartime awarded type. I'd like hear opinions on this piece. Sorry that my front side photo is a bit blurry.
