RAO 4th class opinions please

Hi Guys

I have had this one come in which is a little unusual- one, it looks very new and shiny; two, it appears to have a 2 stamped on the ring and no other marks.

Was there such a thing as a post 1918 produced red eagle, 1930s or 40s? The quality is actually very high overall and the device is nicely painted.

Legitimate version or copy?

That one looks fine to me though I don't know about the mark. Have you checked the cylinder for a maker's mark, like this?

Can you show the mark on the ring? It may look like a '2', but could actually be a letter.

Is the eagle center loose and just rotated?

the red eagle order was only awarded till nov. 1918
