    As I love Imperial & IIIR gorgets, below some pictures of a Prussian Flagbearer gorget (friend's collection) ..

    Holy toledo, is that nice!
    Gorget's are a beautiful part of 18th, 19th and 20th century militaria. They are as impressive to me as their designers intentions would have been.
    If I had a nickle for every time I wished I could afford a gorget or two I'd be an exceedingly rich man.
