Button hole mini EKI 1813 ?

I bought some time ago this little EKI.

Present on face typical configuration showed on back of 1813 EKII ( the oakleaf, crown and date 1813) but I think, IMO, this born with this setup probably to put on evidence the specific year 1813, and pheraps not made during 1813-1815 but some years after.... I suppose around 1870.

I know normally the 1813 EKI are all black without any date or other thing on front, but this recall the specific year to memory of issue date ??

Boh, for sure I like this mini and I loved sharing with you, fellow collectors.

Any feedback will be appreciated, good or not.
