WELL ,got me a FR with the les common mark ,

surprise in this case ,,there is a prinsen ribbon tagged to it .

(a rare original one .)

and after some looking a second mark on the small ring ..hey ?!

my lucky hand in ek's still not rusted

I suspect this maker to be the provider fore the DOV to .

but did not find the 100% match yet .

I really like the nicely struck, readable maker marks.

The crowns and oakleaves are very nice on this maker. The stylish crowns have great detail to them. This one is a real beauty!

In fact i did buy this one as it holds the same core as one ek on a glass negative from 1916.

making this one off the two core types that surely has a solid photo retrace evidence to war time .
