Thoughts on a Prussian buckle

Originally I posted this over in the "buckles" forum, but upon further reflection I've decided to repost this over here in the land of Imperial...

I'm a complete novice in the world of buckles... Any thoughts on this buckle, and an estimate of what a normal market value would be?

The buckle is fine. As for the value, it depends on where you buy, on Ebay stamped buckles in this condition usually end at $20-30.
