        Hello John:
IMO appears to be a post WW1 made IKF, based on
material, seam construction, and screen printing
quality. Such flags were used by WW1 veterans, and
during the 3rd Reich on KM celebrated Imperial Navy
battle commemoration days. What is the IKF size?

(below) WW1 period made and marked IKF, from t=633788.
Reverse side photo, but note jewels on the orb & scepter.

(below) Imperial German Navy crown over "M" marking, later IMO added hook clip.

For that matter, it could also be from the Freikorps period. These were carried all through 1919 and 1920 by various Freikorps in Germany.

The Ehrhardt Brigade and other Freikorps entered Berlin during the Kapp Putsch in 1920 flying these from their trucks. When the putsch failed, they marched out of Berlin with the flags leading the troops.

                Hello bolewts58:
IMO more likely circa 1930's, based on
                stated size and noted construction.
