This is a recent aquisition to my collection, I love it but just want to to confirm it's origin. The guy I got it off thought it was flying related but I believe it is from a medical unit . The finial is a soldier & women carousing on a plane like base. If anyone has anything to add I'd like to hear from them. Having checked through WAF there doesn't seem to be much on Reservists Flasks.

I personally do not have any problems with your Reservistenflasche but the name of the garrison town written on the bottle is correct "Mülheim am Rhein" - not Mühlheim. It should be Köln-Mülheim.

This would be from before WWI. Normally, the riband under the garrison town name would have the soldier's name and sometimes the regiment name, company number and dates of service hand-written in. I'm not sure what the 14 or 141 written in that space indicates.
The shoulder board is that of the Infanterie Regiment Freiherr von Sparr (3. Westfälisches) Nr. 16.
