Why is the Police Officer asking a drunk for paper? Why is the drunk saying he has grass?

      Did I translate that correctly?

Second one is badge for bergfuhrer (mountain leader?) in Slowenian Alps. Inscription reads: Slovensko Planinsko Društvo (Slowenian Alpen Group). Badge was in use 27. 2. 1893 to 1945.

I think that post 3 is a joke.
Policeman is asking for papers (he means documents).
Drunk thinks he needs papers for something else (cleaning the bottom? smoking?), so he answers - No, I use grass.

The first badge shown seems to have been a veteran's piece belonging to someone in the 51st regiment

              Regards

Just a small correction - it's not a mountain guide badge, but rather a general badge of Slovenian mountaineering association. Guide's badges would include words "gorski vodnik" and are numbered. But a very nice badge and interesting how far it travelled ;-)
