I just picked this guy up, and im a little lost on what it is. The decoration is very beautiful with lots of detail. Any info would be great im lost.

This represents to be the Estonian Order of the Black Eagle. There are several classes of this order and a few can be found on eMedals site.

The order was founded on February 24, 1928, to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Estonian Republic. It was established by the Government for services in the interest of national defense, in five classes. It could be awarded to Estonian citizens as well as to foreigners.
