Meybauer Maker mark?

Hi,

I have been trying to work out the maker mark shown, and in looking at EK1 maker marks this appears to be a Meybauer WW1 mark. Can anyone confirm or contradict this? Any help appreciated.

Hi Steve,

Yes, it looks like a Meybauer marking from the small poor quality image. These markings are also reproduced so it might be worth posting some full obverse/reverse images of whatever badge/cross the marking appears on.

Thanks Brian and Mike, I have already checked Tony's website and this was what i was basing the guess at Meybauer as the maker on, I will post a better picture tonight, the mark appears on a Prussian Pilots Commemorative Badge which I posted under Pilots Badge? on this forum.

Hi,

Under magnification the mark only vaguely matches the mark on the EK1 website, but it is pretty small.
